Dear Russian Ministry Friends,
What an amazing time at the Triennial. I am so glad for the challenges from speakers as well as great times of worship. It was such a good time with the other missionary representatives and nationals. Personally, I greatly appreciated the chance to meet many of you as well as to have Dr. Mitskevich with us for those days. He appreciated the chance to meet many who have been praying for Russia. He also shared with me and others the current challenges facing the ministries in that vast country.
At the present time, Russia remains open to our consultants (legal term for those we send over to Russia). Friction between nations can sometimes lead to suspiscion toward westerners. Your continued support both in prayer and giving allows us to continue our ministry.
In the coming months I will visit many of the churches who support the ministry as well as those who have an interest in helping in the future. We plan on sending three people this Fall to Leninsk-Kuznetsky as well as Khabarovsk. We already have some classes to serve in Khabarovsk in the beginning of 2016. We may be including ministry advances in Sahklin Island (North of Japan). We will be in touch!
