We have welcomed the first signs of spring as the wild crocus are blooming and the excitement of more rentals and retreats are happening.

The first of February, we welcomed a team of NAB pastors from the USA and Canada. They had a few busy days, toured Camp Falcon Rock, attended the annual Hungarian Baptist Conference mission convention, and explored sister-church partnership. It was great to have these pastors and see their heart for sister-church partnership in Romania.

Also in February, Robi & Miriam organized a teen winter camp. The teens enjoyed a time of fellowship, games, worship and teaching times. Gloria was able to help with one of the options to sew a tote bag; there was a very good response, even among a couple of the boys! We hope to see some of these teens back in the summer as seeds have been planted.

The first weekend of March a men’s retreat was held at the camp. Fifty men enjoyed very nice weather to do some activities outside. They were able to make a cross on a forge. A great time of worship and teaching was also enjoyed. We hope this will be an annual event.

Vern built a gaga ball pit to be enjoyed by the summer camps. The guys have been working on the inside of the new lodge kitchen. The ceiling has been prepped for paint and the wall ready for tiles; some plumbing has been finished. Exciting to see that each step is closer to having an operational kitchen in the new lodge.

Again, we thank each of you for your prayers and support as we serve at Camp Falcon Rock. We feel blessed to be here to see God’s kingdom being built.
