Florence enjoys a snowfall after a four-year absence from such an environment.
In late February, Florence plans, God-willing, to return to Cameroon for about a month to attend to her dental practice and choir ministry. She will then return to North America to join me and finish the home assignment period, possibly in June or July. We rejoice that, despite continuing unrest in Cameroon, the Church continues to worship and minister.
To that end, I would like to share information about one of the NAB Cameroon Special Projects for your consideration: Assist a National Missionary ($1,000 annually per national missionary suggested).
Cameroonian national missionaries are teaching the least-reached peoples of Cameroon. While Cameroon Christians support the basic salaries of these missionaries, most have no ministry funds. Contributions will provide these national missionaries with Bibles, literature, or even a motorcycle in order to reach the people to whom they were sent. This could be a very encouraging and strategic way of helping our brethren in Cameroon. You can do so by going to the North American Baptist Conference website and click on “Give,” then click on “Special Projects” and scroll down to the very last Cameroon Special Project and give online. If sending a check/cheque is preferable to you, use one of the following:

We continue to be humbled by the care and support of our senders and sending churches. We are grateful for the opportunity of this period to meet with them. It is a privilege to be partners for the Gospel.
Sincerely,
