A Defined-Term Mission is typically about two years.
This is a significant commitment where you have an opportunity to enter the culture and join the NAB team. Many people find this Defined-Term Mission option is a perfect introduction to a career of serving overseas.
The NAB already has a number of Defined-Term Missoin options available for you to explore. You can find the full list of current options at the Job Openings page. We can also talk about designing something that fits your skills and calling. You can contact us by email at serve@nabconf.org.
If two years is still too short, explore our career path.
